Laurie Moore-Moore, Founder and President

Founder of The Institute, Laurie Moore-Moore has been in the residential real estate business for 30 years. She has sold luxury real estate, managed a large real estate office, and has run two divisions of the nation’s third largest real estate company.

Laurie, co-founder of REAL Trends, Inc. (an industry communications and research firm), has spoken widely in the industry, founded and managed multiple brokerage company CEO-strategy groups, trained tens of thousands of luxury home agents, and is a board member of a Fortune 1000 company.

It's no wonder Laurie was chosen by The Real Estate Intelligence Report as one of the ten people having the most impact on the residential real estate business in the past 25 years.

Waco Moore, Vice President of Product and Member Services

Waco Moore, came to The Institute from SONY BMG, the international music and entertainment giant based in Manhattan, where he served as the Director of Global Marketing Services.

Waco shares The Institute's vision to become a trusted primary resource for real estate professionals and consumers involved with buying or selling upper-tier residential properties. His specialized knowledge in marketing and the creative and cost-effective use of technology for global enterprise will help take that vision to new levels.

Amanda Hammer, Training and Membership Director

As the Training & Membership Director for The Institute, I enjoy working with luxury real estate professionals across the globe to help them leverage exclusive member benefits and resources. I am passionate about maximizing the quality of The Institute’s member experience and committed to building valuable relationships with marketing partners, training program hosts, and members.

Regena Bradley, Member Services Coordinator

Regena Bradley comes to the Institute with many years of experience in New Home Construction and Real Estate. Being involved in all phases of Real Estate, she understands the importance of Competency, Communication and outstanding Customer Service. She loves helping people and providing a positive experience to all. She believes Customer Service is still the most important ingredient for a successful business or relationship. She puts her priorities as Faith, Family and Work and believes if you keep Life in that order all things work out most productively.

Jill Duncan, Member Services Coordinator

Being a Member Services Coordinator for The Institute allows me to put my best qualities to work for Institute members and our member prospects . Whether you want to know more about our training, or want to maximize the value of your many membership benefits, I can help. My goal is to offer each Institute member “second mile” service, by not just answering your questions, but taking the extra time to help meet your business needs.
